Disability information

Ticket Concessions

Tickets prices for registered disabled visitors are as per the standard ticket prices, however one carer per disabled visitor can enter for free when purchasing tickets on the door.

Accessible Parking

EventCity has allocated more than sixty Blue badge holder spaces in parking bays that are closest to the main entrances, they are all on ground level and they are available on a first come first served basis. EventCity reserves the right to suspend the availability of these spaces, however they pledge to provide the equivalent number of spaces in an equally accessible location should this situation arise.

In the event that these spaces are fully occupied and a normal sized space is not suitable, Intu Trafford Centre's - Barton Square located less than 300M away has a similar number of Blue badge spaces. The Customer drop off point is directly outside the main entrance and can accommodate three drop-offs at anyone one time.

Public Transport

Intu Trafford Centre connects with Barton Square & EventCity via a footbridge which has lift facilities at both ends. There is a zebra crossing located at the car park entrance to Barton Square.

EventCity, Intu Trafford Centre & Greater Manchester Public Transport all have travel guides that can give more details on accessibility. All parties have made efforts to make traveling with a disability obstacle free.

Please refer to their websites www.eventcity.co.uk.

Manual Wheelchair Loan

EventCity has invested in a number of manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters, customers are strongly advised to book these in advance as they are subject to availability. EventCity reserves the right to prohibit the use of mobility scooters onsite for show specific safety reasons, under which circumstances additional manual wheelchairs (and carers) will be made available.

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available on receipt of a valid ID and a refundable deposit. Hire charges apply.

To book a manual wheelchair or enquire about the cost to hire a mobility scooter, please contact the venue on 0161 870 9800.
